Before founding Tera Parichay, Shivani served as the Founding Career Psychologist at Step By Step School, Noida, a role she held for almost a decade. During this time, she designed and implemented a comprehensive career guidance framework that became central to the school’s approach toward student development. She also consulted with Khaitan Public School, where she supported high school students in their academic planning and career exploration, ensuring that each child received personalized attention and direction.
Her professional journey began at Bangalore University, where she worked as a lecturer and headed the Student Counselling Cell. It was here that her interest in student guidance evolved into a lifelong passion. Later, she joined Career Forum, Pune, as their Founding Career Guidance Psychologist, where she played a pivotal role in helping students make thoughtful and well-researched undergraduate and postgraduate choices.
Her academic background reflects the same depth and commitment she brings to her work. She holds a Double Master’s in Education from the prestigious University College London (UCL), an M.Phil. in Guidance and Counselling from Mother Teresa University, a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Delhi University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Delhi University. She channels her rich education and extensive experience into Tera Parichay, striving to make a lasting impact on students’ lives, shaping their academic journeys and guiding them toward fulfilling futures.
